- Warranty terms
- Manufacturer policy for direct retail purchases: mechanical structure and power supply 365 days; control electronics and sensors 180 days; actuators (motors, cylinders and pumps) 90 days. Replacement retains the original remaining term. Normal-use faults are assessed by technical support; proof of purchase, order number and defect documentation are required. Unauthorised modifications, misuse, unsuitable power supply and damaged packaging are excluded. The policy expressly says reseller purchases may have different terms. MALONI will confirm the applicable B2B warranty, claim procedure and transport costs in the written offer; the manufacturer periods are not an additional MALONI warranty.
Scope and compatibility
For Pro 630, the manufacturer requires supported system/end firmware. The API guide specifies system 630 v1.2.25.07.30 and end firmware v1.2.8 for the relevant hand versions; confirm the exact robot and hand revision before installation. Compatibility with myCobot 320 is not offered.
