Robot procurement and integration require verification of the specific delivery, responsibilities and ongoing support. Here is what to clarify with MALONI before an order and how we distinguish different kinds of evidence.
What a specific delivery will define
- Itemized hardware, software and integration scope, with responsibility for overall application safety.
- Measurable acceptance criteria, a procedure if they are not met and documentation handover.
- Payment milestones, confirmed funding and a process for warranty claims.
- Named contacts, deputies and agreed ongoing support.
Brands, models and territory
Sales rights, exclusive distribution, warranty repair and post-warranty service are assessed separately. Documents relate to the specific quotation. Listing a product in a catalogue does not establish all of these authorizations.

Service in Czechia, Slovakia and Poland
Target countries do not promise the same service capacity in every location. The quotation distinguishes remote support, on-site work, repair and manufacturer escalation, including who provides each activity.

Rostislav Sikora leads commercial coordination, Timotej Rybár leads software development and Gabriela Sikorová leads manufacturer relationships. A specific project identifies its responsible person, deputy, escalation contact and documentation handover in writing. Team profiles alone do not confirm substitution capacity or repair authorization.

Published MuJoCo development examples are internal simulation results. Physical robot verification needs its own configuration, conditions and results report; a customer delivery also needs acceptance and permission to use the reference. These are distinct forms of evidence.

For ADSS equipment, we first review the specific model documentation, intended purpose, destination-country requirements and service responsibilities. Supply and permitted use are not confirmed before that review is complete. An inquiry collects requirements for assessment.
Supplier qualification information
Share your qualification requirements, model, country and project scope. We will agree available information on authorizations, references, funding of the specific delivery, insurance and service responsibilities. Sensitive contractual and financial documents are shared only within an agreed scope and, where appropriate, under NDA. This page does not confirm compliance with a customer’s financial or other qualification thresholds.
