Contributing
Describe your own experience and its configuration, dates and limitations. Disclose employment, incentives and commercial relationships. Do not post fabricated reviews, impersonation, harassment, spam, unsafe instructions, confidential information or personal information about others. Keep photographs and linked material within your rights. MALONI may reject or remove contributions that break these rules. A negative review is not, by itself, a reason for removal.
You retain rights in your contribution and permit MALONI to display it in this community until you remove it. Contributions are checked by staff before publication. Edited contributions require another review. We do not create customer testimonials or discussions to simulate activity. Report a contribution through its report form or contact the controller to challenge a moderation decision.
Evidence and ratings
ChatGPT sign-in identifies an account. It does not establish ownership, integration experience, institutional affiliation or manufacturer representation. Badges require staff to check evidence for the exact robot model. Evidence may include a redacted purchase or service record, a public institutional project or confirmation of a professional role. Remove personal addresses, signatures, identity numbers and financial details. Do not upload identity documents. An evidence badge has an expiry date, can be revoked and does not certify every statement. Ratings remain separate from verification.
Data we use
We use the Site's sign-in identity to derive a private community identifier. The community database does not store your sign-in email or full name. It stores your chosen public name, contributions, configuration, disclosed relationships, moderation state, private verification submissions and reports. Your public name and approved contributions are visible to everyone. Verification evidence and reports are visible to authorized staff. Linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices.
We process account and contribution data to provide the community you request. We use moderation, verification and short-lived security identifiers for our legitimate interests in an authentic community and abuse prevention. We do not add you to marketing lists. ChatGPT provides sign-in and Sites hosting; community records use the existing Cloudflare D1 infrastructure. Retention and control
Your account and approved contributions remain until you delete them or they are removed. You can delete individual contributions or your community account from a robot's community page. Account deletion immediately removes your public name, contributions and verification evidence from the community's active records. It does not delete your ChatGPT account or copies made independently by other people. Provider backups follow their separate retention arrangements.
Pending and rejected contributions, reports and private verification evidence are cleared after 90 days by scheduled or request-triggered cleanup. Verification decisions remain for the badge's validity; moderation audit records are kept for up to one year. Rate-limit identifiers expire within an hour. Where an account is restricted for abuse, a keyed identifier may remain for the remaining restriction period, up to 90 days, to prevent re-registration from bypassing the restriction.
Download your recent account data from the account section. Contact the controller to request full access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or to object to processing; we will assess the applicable rights and any lawful retention requirement. You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority at ÚOOÚ. The European Commission provides information about data protection rights.
