How do I choose a humanoid, cobot or mobile robot?
Start with the task: what needs moving or processing, in which space and with what result. Compare reach, payload, movement between stations and supervision needs. Evaluate platform suitability for the specific application.
Can I arrange a robot demonstration?
Send MALONI a task description and your preferred platform. Demonstration options, timing and available configuration are confirmed individually. A demonstration does not promise the same result in your workplace.
What should a pilot project verify?
A pilot should test a selected task under agreed conditions. Define success criteria, operator interventions, cycle time and stop conditions beforehand. Agree scope and responsibilities before starting.
Is integration included with the robot?
Delivery scope is confirmed in the quotation. Tools, cameras, software, machine interfaces, workplace changes and training must be clarified separately; a product page does not establish that these are included.
Why do I need to request a price?
A quotation depends on the model, configuration, accessories and project scope. Send the desired product, delivery country and intended use. MALONI will then clarify the offer and commercial terms.
How are service and support arranged?
Support, service, spare parts and warranty terms depend on the model, manufacturer rules and project agreement. Do not assume a particular response time or service intervention without confirmed terms.
