Humanoid support / defined responsibilities

Humanoid robot support starts with a clear agreement.

MALONI is seeking manufacturer partners to develop local first-line support for humanoid robots in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. The workflow below is a proposal for agreement, not a claim of authorized humanoid repair, warranty service or stocked robot parts.

Current operational service

Our current electrical-service base

MALONI operates Elektropohotovost24.cz, a 24-hour electrical emergency service. We have a workshop and an experienced technical team. This is our current electrical-service work; humanoid maintenance and support are being developed with manufacturers, with scope and hours to be agreed for each platform.

How the proposed first line would work

The customer and manufacturer should know who owns each step before a robot is demonstrated or deployed. A possible local workflow is:

01

Receive and make safe

Identify the platform, site, affected task and current risk. The operator follows the manufacturer’s safety instructions and stops use when safe operation is uncertain.

02

Record and triage

Collect the fault description, software version, relevant logs and steps already taken, subject to the agreed data-access and privacy rules.

03

Escalate to the manufacturer

Pass product-specific diagnosis, firmware decisions, warranty questions and repair authorization to the manufacturer’s named support contact.

04

Coordinate the next action

Track the response, explain it to the customer and coordinate parts or an on-site visit only where the signed support model provides for them.

05

Confirm safe return

Record the resolution and have the responsible parties confirm that the robot can return to its defined operating task.

What a manufacturer agreement must define

  • Training, documentation, diagnostic access and security requirements
  • The boundary between local triage and manufacturer-only repair or warranty decisions
  • Named escalation contacts, support hours and response commitments
  • Software updates, spare-parts ownership and any approved on-site work
  • Country coverage, languages, customer communication and handover records

ImportantNone of these terms is a current blanket service commitment. Certified or authorized humanoid service can only follow manufacturer training, authorization and a signed agreement.

For organizations evaluating a humanoid

If you already operate a robot or are planning a pilot, tell us the manufacturer and model, site and country, intended task, current stage and support question. We can assess the inquiry against available manufacturer access and an agreed scope; we cannot promise a repair or response time for an unsupported platform.

Make support part of the pilot decision

Before any pilot, identify the reporting route, safe-stop procedure, access to logs, manufacturer escalation and conditions for restarting operation. These items belong in the manufacturer and customer agreements before wider deployment is considered.
