The inquiry form is designed to collect name, company, business email, optional phone number, country, company website, inquiry type and message.
Purpose and legal basis
Information submitted through a business inquiry is used to evaluate and respond to that inquiry, communicate about the requested subject and take steps requested before entering a potential business relationship. Depending on the inquiry, processing is based on steps at your request before a possible contract and on MALONI's legitimate interest in handling relevant business communications. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a subscription to marketing communication.
Retention and recipients
Contact-form records and the related inquiry notification are normally retained for one month from receipt. Data required for an ongoing business relationship, compliance with a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may be retained for the period necessary for that purpose. Access is limited to authorized operators.
The website uses the following processors to receive and deliver inquiries:
- OpenAI Ireland Ltd — ChatGPT Sites: website hosting, maintenance, security and storage of submitted website data.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. — Resend: transactional email delivery used to notify MALONI of a submitted inquiry.
These providers may use approved subprocessors. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the provider's applicable contractual safeguards and data processing terms apply.
Your rights
Applicable data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to the circumstances and applicable law. Verified Requests can be sent to rostislav.sikora@maloni.cz.

This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics or marketing tracking. The hosting and security service may process technical request logs or use strictly necessary security mechanisms to operate and protect the website.
