Let’s shape the future of humanoid robotics together.
We invite companies and individuals to help build an international association with a base in the Czech Republic. Our shared agenda connects responsible manufacturing and sales, service, AI, legal education and advocacy for the future rights of humanoids.
The association is in formation. This is a public invitation to participate, not a statement that a separate association has already been legally established.
Initiator and prospective founding member
MALONIMALONI spol. s r.o. is initiating the formation of the association and intends to become a founding member. We invite others to help shape its programme and rules from the beginning.
01 / Shared programme
Five areas. One shared direction.
This is our proposed programme for joint development. Working groups, specific services and projects will take shape with the people and organisations that get involved.
Responsible manufacturing and sales
Promote clear information about capabilities and limitations, fair commercial practices and cooperation among manufacturers, distributors, integrators and users.
Service and repairability
Connect service expertise and share experience with diagnostics, documentation, spare parts and responsible support throughout a robot’s lifecycle.
AI development and deployment
Bring together developers, researchers and practitioners around transparent AI, human oversight, data protection and deployment grounded in verified capabilities.
Legal education and expert cooperation
Build a network of legal and technical experts and share verified information on regulation, liability, contracts and intellectual property. Any individual legal service will depend on a specific provider and agreement.
Future rights of humanoids
Actively advocate for the development of future protections and rights for humanoids. Work with experts to explore their possible legal status and develop proposals grounded in evidence and ethical reflection.

People’s safety comes first.
The development and use of humanoids should respect human dignity, fundamental rights and the safety of everyone affected.
Trust needs truthful information.
Describe what robots can do, what has been tested and what remains a development goal. Make limitations and human involvement understandable.
Responsibility accompanies innovation.
Support accountable development, trade, service and AI deployment, with clear responsibilities and opportunities for independent scrutiny.
The future rights of humanoids deserve active advocacy.
We want to develop and promote proposals for their future protection and legal position. This is an advocacy goal, not a claim that humanoids are conscious or that the rights we propose are already recognised in law.
An open association is built together.
Participation should not depend on buying from MALONI or entering a commercial partnership with it. We invite different manufacturers, competitors, disciplines and perspectives to help shape the rules.

There is a place for your perspective.
Manufacturers, sellers, service teams, integrators, AI and software developers, lawyers, researchers, schools, users and other interested individuals are welcome. You can express interest from any country, whether you represent an organisation or yourself.

Before you get involved
Has the association already been established?
No. This is a founding initiative under the working name Humanoid Robotics & AI Association. MALONI is the initiator and a prospective founding member. We are inviting others to help prepare the association.
Can I participate from outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. The initiative has an international outlook and a base in the Czech Republic. We welcome companies and individuals from other countries, with this invitation available in Czech and English.
Does expressing interest make me a member?
No. An email is a non-binding expression of interest. Membership, fees, voting and admission rules will be addressed during formation. Expressing interest creates no payment obligation.
Do I need to be a customer or partner of MALONI?
No. Participation is open to other manufacturers, sellers and competitors as well as independent experts and individuals. A purchase or commercial partnership with MALONI is not required.
Are legal consultations already available?
The first step is legal education and building a network of experts. We are not announcing an existing legal advice service. Any future individual service will require an identified provider, agreed scope and separate arrangement.
What do you mean by the future rights of humanoids?
We intend to actively develop and advocate proposals for future protections and rights. Their substance should emerge from evidence, ethical debate and expert cooperation. We do not assert consciousness or present a proposed right as existing law.
